This policy explains which personal data Prime Terminal collects when you use prime-terminal.com, the terminal, the Prime Terminal Academy and our support, what we use it for, and which rights you have.
Who is responsible
Prime Terminal is responsible for your data. You can reach us at any time through our live support on WhatsApp.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups: your email address when you sign up for the Academy, launch updates or market emails on this website.
- Your account: your email address, your login details and the settings you make in the terminal.
- Purchases: your email address, country and payment details. For business invoices also your company name, VAT number and invoice address. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so we never receive your full card number.
- Support: what you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Partner links: if you come through a partner's link, the partner code in that link, so we can credit the partner.
- Technical data: like every website, our server receives your IP address, your browser type and the pages you open. We use this to deliver the website and keep it secure.
What we use it for
We use your data to run the website, the terminal and the Academy, to process payments and issue invoices, to send you the emails you signed up for and the service emails about your account, to answer your support requests, to credit partners for referrals, and to prevent fraud and abuse. We don't sell your data.
If you are in the EU or the UK, the legal bases are your consent (email sign-ups), our contract with you (accounts and purchases), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, crediting partners) and legal obligations (tax records).
Emails
We send our emails through Kajabi. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Services we use
Kajabi (email lists and emails), Stripe (payments), Mux (video playback in the Academy), jsDelivr (the video player code), Google Fonts (fonts), YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (only when you play an embedded video) and WhatsApp (only when you contact us). Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data can be processed outside your country. They work under their own privacy policies and data protection terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The website itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It saves a few small settings in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, whether you have already seen or used a sign-up pop-up, and a partner code if you came through a partner link (only for your current visit). The terminal stores what it needs to keep you logged in. Third-party services, for example the video player, can set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
Email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Account data while your account exists and for a reasonable time after. Payment and invoice records as long as tax law requires. Support chats as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit how we use it, object to its use, get a copy of it, and withdraw your consent for emails. Write to our live support on WhatsApp. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Age
Prime Terminal is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services change. The current version is always on this page with its date.
