Welcome to Prime Terminal. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our platform, website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Prime Terminal is an educational and informational market intelligence platform.

The information, data, research, news, analytics, market commentary, indicators, tools, AI-generated content, and other materials available through the platform are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained within Prime Terminal constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Trading advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Accounting advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

Users remain solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions.

2. No Financial Advice

Prime Terminal does not act as a financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or fiduciary.

You acknowledge that:

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Prime Terminal accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from the use of the platform.

4. Subscription

Prime Terminal is offered as a recurring subscription.

By subscribing, you expressly authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method until your subscription is cancelled.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue using the service.

Deleting your account or simply discontinuing use of the platform does not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

You will continue to have access until the end of your already-paid billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Prime Terminal maintains a strict no refund policy.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • monthly subscriptions
  • annual subscriptions
  • promotional purchases
  • discounted subscriptions
  • accidental purchases
  • failure to cancel before renewal
  • dissatisfaction with the service
  • failure to use the platform

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a digital service and waive any right to refunds except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Data Accuracy

Prime Terminal aggregates information from internal analysis and third-party data providers.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee that any information is:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • current;
  • uninterrupted;
  • error-free;
  • available at all times.

External data providers may experience outages, delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions that are outside our control.

Accordingly, certain data, features, or services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.

8. Third-Party Data

Certain information displayed within Prime Terminal originates from third-party providers.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party information.

Users acknowledge that external providers may modify, suspend, discontinue, or delay their services without notice.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, technical issues, internet disruptions, third-party failures, software bugs, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may affect platform performance.

We are not liable for temporary downtime or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Terminal, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

  • use of the platform;
  • inability to access the platform;
  • trading losses;
  • investment losses;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • missed opportunities;
  • data inaccuracies;
  • delayed information;
  • software bugs;
  • system outages;
  • third-party failures.

Your use of Prime Terminal is entirely at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All content made available through Prime Terminal, including but not limited to:

  • market data compilations;
  • proprietary indicators;
  • AI-generated content;
  • research;
  • analysis;
  • market commentary;
  • news summaries;
  • databases;
  • watchlists;
  • economic calendar data and classifications;
  • alerts;
  • visualizations;
  • dashboards;
  • software;
  • source code;
  • graphics;
  • branding;
  • layouts;
  • user interface elements;
  • text;
  • documentation;
  • and all other materials,

is protected by applicable copyright, database, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all rights, title, and interest in such content remain the exclusive property of Prime Terminal or its respective licensors.

Access to the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely for your personal or internal business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content available through the platform without our prior written consent.

12. Restrictions on Data Access, Scraping & AI Usage

Users are expressly prohibited from accessing, collecting, extracting, reproducing, or using data from Prime Terminal through any automated or unauthorized means.

Without limitation, you may not:

  • scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest data from the platform;
  • use bots, scripts, APIs (unless officially provided by us), browser automation, or similar technologies to access or collect data;
  • mirror, cache, or systematically download platform content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying structure of the platform;
  • circumvent technical measures designed to protect our systems or data;
  • create competing products or services using Prime Terminal content;
  • use any data, analysis, research, AI outputs, market commentary, or other platform content to train, fine-tune, improve, benchmark, prompt, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, large language model, algorithm, or similar technology;
  • use Prime Terminal content as input for generative AI systems or prompt engineering intended to reproduce, summarize, replicate, or commercialize our proprietary content;
  • redistribute, resell, license, publish, or otherwise make our data available to third parties.

Any unauthorized extraction or use of platform data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, database, trade secret, and unfair competition laws.

Prime Terminal reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, termination of accounts, and recovery of legal costs where permitted by law.

13. Copyright Claims

Prime Terminal respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that any material available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient details so that we can promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or modify the material.

Good-faith notifications will be reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.

14. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • reverse engineer the platform;
  • scrape or systematically extract data;
  • redistribute platform content;
  • share login credentials;
  • use automated bots without permission;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, replace, or remove any feature, content, pricing, or functionality at any time without prior notice.

16. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing the legal entity operating Prime Terminal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Terminal concerning the use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.

Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing access, or using Prime Terminal, you acknowledge that:

  • You agree to be legally bound by them.
  • You understand that Prime Terminal does not provide financial or investment advice.
  • You understand that all trading and investment decisions are solely your responsibility.
  • You accept the recurring subscription model and understand that you are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish it to renew.
  • You acknowledge and accept the strict no-refund policy.
  • You accept that the platform relies in part on external data providers and that information or services may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
  • You agree that your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
